Natural migraine relief can be obtained in several ways. There's many migraine remedies to be applied for headache relief, one of the simplest is not missing meals, one migraine trigger. He said he asked about her head, and she said that she had her teeth pulled, and had plates made, and her head never hurt after that. So make sure none of this is the cause of your headaches. | Something triggers the blood vessels to become inflamed, and swollen in your head, and that gives you migraines. So you want to curb that process as much as you can. As the old saying, don't be a gluten for punishment by doing anything that could trigger a migraine. More natural migraine relief. #(1)Take some omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins B2 feverfew , ginkgo, black cohosh, and as we mentioned in the last page, magnesium for migraines. #(2)Also, eat a proper diet, and if possible get regular exercise. That doesn't mean over doing it. Just some simple exercise. #(3)One more thing you may not have considered is music. It has a calming effect to help relieve migraine headaches. If you're going to a doctor about your migraines, let him/her know what you plan on doing to hear their thoughts. #(5)Here is another rather unusual, yet effective method for natural migraine relief. And that is, at the first signs of a migraine headache, place your head under a bonnet type hair dryer on the warm hot setting"if you have one".
