What to do for migraine pain !!

Many factors contribute toward your migraine headaches. Start with the simple things for migrane relief. Migrane pain can be helped, and totally put on the back burner. For some reason, probably many times from mismanagement, such as thinking the answer for all migrane relief is to take pain medicine, migraines get out of control.Of course there are times that no matter what a migraine sufferer does, they find no relief.

That's what makes migraines so complicated. complicated.

One could even find that something as simple as what they are eating could be the cause of so much pain.

And you know that it's much harder in many people to find the root cause of their migrane headache than it is to take pain medicine every day for migraine treatment.

That is one of the worst ways to try and control your migraines. You could pretty soon have CDH, short for chronic daily headache. That's simply no way to manage your migraines.

Download a migraine diary for the management of your migrane pain. Buy a ten dollar book for your migrane pain relief. If you haven't already did this, you will be surprised at what you will learn about your migraines that you simply didn't think of.

Manage your migraines with supplements. These have been tried, and tested for the relief of migranes. You have heard of feverfew , CoQ10, MigreLief , and especially magnesium for the relief of migraines. Having a deficiency in magnesium can trigger migraine headaches.

Remember, the keyword is manage.

Once you download the diary for migraines, and really keep close tab on your migraines, and take supplements, you may just see the difference it can make on your migraine pain.

If your migraine pain isn't every day, you will more than likely find what may be triggering your migraines.

Remember, if you have migraine pain every day, that is ( as my wife's headache specialist said) not normal, and the cause will have to be found.

Don't forget what we said about taking pain medicine every day. It's a trap that many fall into, and it's easy to do.

When I say pain medicine, I'm referring to something such as Lortab, (and many others) that soon make the head pain worst if taken to often. Over several a week isn't good for migraine sufferers. Try to figure out what may be triggering your migraines.

Say your migraines are related to menstrual migraines, and that's what you'll have to treat your migraines for. Sorry guys, doesn't apply to you.

And your migraine trigger may be totally different from your friends. She may not tolerate aged cheese, or she also may drink a glass of wine occasionally, and bam, she has a migraine. Her migraine pain would be food related. Yours may be triggered by something else. Your morning egg or banana could be anothers migraine. You will have to find out pain safe foods, and make sure this is not your migraine trigger.

In adults, somewhere between twenty, to fifty percent have a reduction, or elimination of their migraines just by a food or drink that triggers their migraines. That's one that you can't ignore.
